US Airways/DHL Partner Savings Program Terms & Conditions: All US Airways Dividend Miles terms and conditions apply. All services may not be available in all areas and are subject to DHL's Terms and Conditions as published at www.dhl-usa.com. To earn miles on all purchases through the DHL Partner Savings Program, members must present a valid Dividend Miles account number upon setting up a new DHL account or purchasing DHL ShipReady(TM). Please allow up to 16 weeks for miles to post to the account. The miles are limited to one account per individual, even if individual has multiple email addresses. Dividend Miles will be credited only after the member has paid for all charges due to DHL or Meridian. Miles can only be earned through the DHL Partner Savings Program and will not be retroactively credited from previous DHL purchases made prior to enrolling in the DHL Partner Savings Program. 750 Bonus Miles offer is available for new DHL customers only, and only available for a customer’s first purchase on a new DHL account or DHL ShipReady. Bonus Miles will only be applied to an individual account one time. DHL ShipReady returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total sale amount. The DHL Partner Savings Program reserves the right to cancel and change the terms and conditions of this program at any time without future notice.
